The Service Quote section exists.

There is only one service-quote target.

The problem is specifically that the native Link is resolving to /services#service-quote instead of functioning correctly in Preview.

Do not use /services#service-quote.

Since the buttons and target form are on the SAME page, configure the CTA using Framer's actual native Scroll Section / Section Link functionality and select the existing “Request a Service” section directly as the destination. Do not construct a URL manually.

If the current service-quote target is not compatible with Framer's native Section Link system, recreate ONLY the target wrapper as a proper Framer Section and then select that Section directly from the button's Link → Section dropdown.

Test this on ONE “Request Service” button first.
